NHISPA: PUC 00-054 docket

The NHISPA is presently participating in the Public Utilities Commission's docket 00-054, which is investigating the local calling issues affecting customers of independent telephone companies (who can call a Bell Atlantic number without a toll charge but can not call an equivalent CLEC number without a toll charge).
