NHISPA membership
NHISPA membership
Per the NHISPA By-Laws, there are three
classes of membership:
- ISP Members
- ISP members are organizations which offer Internet connectivity
services in New Hampshire, and whose primary office or operations
center is within the state of New Hampshire, or which have 50% or
more of their customers in New Hampshire. ISP members are voting
members.
- Associate Members
- Associate members are organizations that do not meet the
criteria for ISP Membership, but which may be admitted to the
NHISPA subject to conditions determined by the Board of Directors.
Associate Members are non-voting members.
- Individual Members
- Individual members are individuals with an interest in the ISP
business and who wish to support or participate in the NHISPA.
Individuals membership may be accepted subject to conditions
determined by the Board of Directors.
Individual members are non-voting members.
Membership application must be submitted to the NHISPA in writing, which
application is then subject to a vote by the Board of Directors at their
next meeting. Once accepted, membership will become official upon
receipt of dues.
Dues
Membership dues are annualized to October 1 of each year. New membership
dues are prorated on a semi-annual basis, that is: a new member joining
between October 1 and the following March 31 (inclusive) will pay a full
year's dues, and a new member joining between April 1 and the following
September 30 will pay a half year's dues.
- ISP Members
- $100/year for organizations with revenue under $500,000;
$400/year for organizations with revenue between
$500,000 and $2 million;
$0.02% of revenue for organizations with revenue over $2 million.
- Associate Members
- $500/year
- Individual Members
- $100/year
